File explorer "see more" tab always opens upwards 24H2
Hi all! I'm on 24H2 with Insider RP build 1882. When I go into File Explorer and click on the 3 dots in the address bar for "see more" the tab always opens upwards. Hence if the window is at the top of the screen, the options are not visible. I have to drag the screen down in order to see them and when I do drag, there's a black bar appears at the top of the screen. Happens on all 3 of my PCs. The view button opens correctly.
Anyone else seeing this?
Typically, these updates can be accessed via volume licensing agreements, which are more common in enterprise settings. Consumers and small businesses may need to check their options with Microsoft or authorized resellers to see if they qualify.

Sometimes simply restarting the File Explorer can clear out UI glitches. You can do this by opening Task Manager, right-clicking on "Windows Explorer," and selecting "Restart."
As you are on an Insider build, Microsoft frequently releases updates that address bugs and improve stability. Make sure you're updated to the latest build, as the issue may have been fixed in a subsequent update.
