File Explorer missing search ribbon WTF WHY??????????????????????????????????????????????????
The whole search ribbon is now gone... this used to be available as soon as one clicked in the search box This is unbelievably stupid as it had great functionality What possible reason to dismantle...

If you press [return/enter] after your search word, the search tools pop up and stay up until you close File Explorer.

- Thanks for solution. Many times not looking for a named file, just the file sizes to clean up laptop HD. Would be more intuitive and beneficial it seems to have kept it visible. That is what I like about Windows more than Apple... is it's fairly intuitive and logical GUI. Don't start hiding things from us now in an attempt to be more...polished. :red_apple:
