Feature Request: Add an HDR switch to the display API

Feature requests with Windows differs slightly from other Microsoft products. The recommended ways are
1. Feedback hub

2. Windows Insiders
https://insider.windows.com/en-gb/how-to-feedback/
They previously had uservoice but this was disbanded in favour of direct feedback through Windows itself.
