Family Safety doesn't allow Minecraft to be blocked

I've been unable to find a way to block Minecraft on a Win10 machine, through the MS Family Safety website. It doesn't appear in the list of apps. I understand from a bit of reading around other posts this is to do with the way in which Minecraft is served to the laptop from Mojang / runs in a Java environment. (BTW, I've no technical knowledge here, simply summarizing what I think has been said in other posts).

That said, it appears as an EXE file in Windows Explorer - I thought that should make it straightforward to blacklist the app.

So, keen to know if there's any way that Minecraft can be blocked using Family Safety?
