When you ran Revo Registry Cleaner on Moderate or Deep scan, it deleted a lot of .tmp and .BAK files. Here's the problem: System Restore relies on those exact types of temporary files to rebuild your system. By deleting them, you essentially erased the "building blocks" that every restore point needs to work. That's why every restore point—old or new—is failing with the same error about windowsapp.tmp.BAK on your G: drive.
