Export the entire contact list from my iPhone to excel or csv on windows?
How to export contacts from iPhone? If you specifically need CSV format (for Excel, Google Sheets, or databases), you have two free options:
Option A: Use Windows Built-in Contacts (100% Free, No Uploads)
If you have a Windows PC:
Press Windows + R, type %userprofile%\Contacts, press Enter
Click Import in the toolbar, select vCard, and choose your .vcf file
After import completes, click Export in the toolbar
Choose CSV (Comma Separated Values) and save the file
This keeps all data on your computer — no uploading to the internet.
Option B: How to export contacts from iPhone via an Online Converter (Fast, but Requires Upload)
If you don't have Windows or prefer a quicker method:
Search for "free VCF to CSV converter"
Upload your .vcf file
Download the CSV file
Privacy note: This uploads your contact list to a third-party server. Only use this method if your contacts aren't highly sensitive .
