Excessive too frequent Proxy PAC File download ?

Where does system proxy Netsh falls out of the two above
Where does the usual internet option -> connections -> lan settings falls under which one
We use cloud based proxy server which also install a client/agent on the windows client
What we have recently noticed is the download of Proxy PAC File is too many times from windows
may be 10 times in a minute
What is the standard duration/frequency for download Proxy PAC File on a windows client
what is and how is this service WinHttpautoproxysvc related here as what we notice using network tracers user agent showing which is making request for PAC file is either this server or browser
How to detect what is causing this or is this a standard behavior 10 times PAC file download per minute ?

- seeing the same thing. seems to have started recently, we had enabled the "disable caching" of proxy in gpo, just disabled it, waiting to see if it helps. Not sure if an update or patch changed anything

right it could be same or similar thing in my environment where network team might have changed similar settings, just to share more here i my case we have end user desktop client also installed on each company computer which has this proxy client controlling entire http traffic which was recently upgraded so my doubt is combination of client version and some setting due to some behavior in the new client version
