My Ethernet connection is not working on Windows 10, and I cannot access the internet through a wired connection. I have tried restarting my router and computer, updating network drivers, and checking the cable, but the issue persists. The network icon shows that the Ethernet is connected, but there is no internet access, and troubleshooting tools do not resolve the problem.
