Ethernet don't works on my Windows 10
My Ethernet connection is not working on Windows 10, and I cannot access the internet through a wired connection. I have tried restarting my router and computer, updating network drivers, and checking the cable, but the issue persists. The network icon shows that the Ethernet is connected, but there is no internet access, and troubleshooting tools do not resolve the problem. I am looking for help to identify why my Ethernet isn’t functioning properly and how I can fix it so I can restore a stable wired internet connection on my Windows 10 device.

Hello,
Please run Network Adapter troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. See if it helps you.
If issue still persists, try to perform Network Reset:
- Open Settings app, click Network & Internet > Status > Network reset link.
- Now click on Reset button on next screen.
- In confirmation prompt appearing next, click Yes.

Hi, if Ethernet shows connected but no internet, check whether it has a valid IP address, gateway, and DNS server. Run ipconfig /all, then try ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, and netsh winsock reset. I'd also test another port on the router and temporarily set DNS to a known resolver to separate DNS from adapter issues.
