Encountered a Crash During Simple Video Editing

I just acquired an HP Envy x360 2-in-1 laptop 15-fe0053dx equipped with a 13th generation Intel i7 processor, an Intel iris graphics card, and 16 GB of RAM. I attempted to merge three MP4 files, keeping the total duration under 2 hours using clipchamp, and aimed to export the consolidated file in MP4 format. Unfortunately, my laptop abruptly crashed when the export progress reached 20%. I am currently running Windows memory diagnostics to pinpoint the source of this issue.

Any advice, recommendations, or assistance on resolving this matter would be highly valued.

Look under Windows Logs > System for critical errors or kernel events at the time of crash. If the crash produces a blue screen or error message, note the STOP code or error message for further diagnosis.
