During the game, no matter how hard it is, artifacts always appear, but the PC is fully functional

From the research I have done it seems to point to a Hardware or Memory Issue. You may want to double check Your New Graphics card and make sure it's seated and Running properly. From what I see in the Dump file it is saying that you have a Graphics Card Issue. You may also want to check that The proper drivers were installed and Update for the Card. Also make sure that the BIOS is properly updated and the settings are adjusted for your new card. Overclocking can cause issues as well.

Another thing is make sure your card is properly vented and cooled during operation as overheating can also cause it to fail. If the Updated Drivers are causing problems consider using an older set of Drivers. Make sure there are no Residual Drivers from the Previous Graphic Card installation to interfere with the new Card.
