Dpc latency problem after updating and doing system restore

Hi, it is again the cursed problem of dpc latency for every tech forum. I recently installed my 14 december security patch from windows update and then it caused me very long freezes inside file explorer so i decided to use system recovery and went back to my previous state but now i have around 0.500 micro seconds of nvidia kernel latency routine and after uninstalling the driver it still gives a lot of dx graphics kernel latency i want to be able to fix this without formatting my pc.

I also wanted to upload msinfo and latencymon report but i guess we can't upload fles here..
