Disruptive and irritating pop up

Every time I try and click on a link or play a video etc it comes up with an utterly infuriating box with back, forward, refresh, save as, print, cast media to device. Don;t want it to come up at all, not relevant at all to what  I am doing and it is driving me crackers. Can;t do anything without it coming up. ggh
