Disabling automatic timezone via GPO
Windows 10 new versions introduced automatic time zone feature, which sometimes assigns wrong time zone based on IPs. When this feature is active, user can't change time zone manually in the modern Settings menu (it is grayed out). Although it is still possible to change the time zone via classic Control panel menu. I know there is a registry that disables automatic time zone feature and then modern interface is working again. But we don't want to alter registry if possible. I wasn't able to find a setting or GPO for this.

Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Regional and Language Services in the Group Policy Editor to disable automatic time zone settings.
