Use a Linux Live Distribution and open the Office programs in the browser. If that works well, you can install Linux via preboot. You can play your old games with Proton and Steam or install them with Wine.
Unfortunately, we can't work miracles and your device is just too weak.
It would be possible to deactivate Denfender and updates via Regkeys. But I would not recommend that. It will be more difficult again from October with the end of Windows 10 support.
