Did this happen after the Windows 10 update?
I just finished installing a Windows update today, and this appeared on my screen. I’ve never seen this before, and to be honest, I’m a little scared—I don’t know what it means or if there’s something wrong with my computer.
Should I be worried? Is this normal after an update, or is there a problem with the system?

It's okay, that's normal. Just restart it.
Windows updates sometimes install or "recommend" new apps as part of the update package. Microsoft uses these updates to deliver new features and promote its own services. It is almost certainly a legitimate app from Microsoft, not a virus or a sign of system failure.
You can just uninstall it. It behaves like any other app—search for "Clipchamp" in the Start menu, right-click it, and choose Uninstall.
