Dell mobile connect not compatible with my device

I was going to try this app called dell mobile connect but in Windows store it says it's not compatible with my device, a PC,..I'm using a Windows insider and my hardware is all new.

i hope it's not restricted only to dell laptops. thank god I have your phone app and it just works fine.
