Delete a file but it asks me for administrator permission

Every time I try to copy, move or delete a file, it asks me for administrator permission. It’s fine once but every time gets annoying. How can I turn this off?

    Hi FletcherGlen​ ,

    Try this 

    Disable UAC Prompts
    Press Windows + R → type msconfig → Enter.

    Go to Tools → select Change UAC Settings → Launch.

    Slide to “Never notify” → OK → Restart PC.

    ⚠️ Not recommended for security.
