Hey so i had a lot of performance issues on my laptop so my friend gave me a custom iso which had a few services turned off i just want to ensure before installing that is it legal(windows is activat...
I see, that makes sense, though they could just go to support.microsoft.com/contactus and ask the support agents if it is okay though the answer would be to go to aka.ms/winup. To get the geuine ISO.

We are in the official Microsoft Community, so I can expect an official response from employees or the Community Manager, this topic is important and requires a broader answer - so that there are no threats and legal problems!

Microsoft will recommend the official iso because they want to spy on you, make you update and install sponsered apps.
You can have bugs on the custom iso but there are bugs on the official iso too!

- How do you know that I have a friend, I never mentioned that I had a friend.
If I don't know who the CREATORS OF ISO are - I don't know what surprises are there!
I'm more interested - copyright law that prohibits distribution and unjustified use. from someone else's property.
