Cumulative Update (KB5048652) in conflict with ESET anti-virus
Hi everyone, after restarting my PC from an update (KB5048652) I was just watching a video on internet and suddenly I've lost connection, I had no clue what was it, I was trying so much, tried all basic troubleshooting, restarting the system, the router, and even resetting my network settings, got nothing out of it, and then I figured out that my system was still connected to the internet but not getting any connections on any browsers only form Tor or activating my VPN so then I thought:
"Hummm, I'm gonna trying to uninstall my ESET software and try reconnecting again"
2024-12 Cumulative Udate for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5048652), looks like having a conflict with ESET latest update.
Just to let you guys know
If anybody has something to add up. It could help others.
Here's the cumulative update probably in conflict with ESET latest update screenshot.

It sounds like you've encountered a frustrating issue with the KB5048652 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 and ESET antivirus software. Conflicts between Windows updates and antivirus programs can sometimes cause network connectivity issues, as you experienced.

I'm locked out of my C: drive - even after getting 5GiB of updates. Also locked out of the MS Store app. How annoying when the phonelines between Denmark and Sweden are down due to "technical difficulties" ,.
