Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V stopped working
After working perfectly for years usin my Lenovo laptop, now when I try to copy or paste using the keyboard shortcuts they do not work. For instance Ctrl +V ends up simply as "v" not what I was...
I am using my normal keyboard and mouse on my Lenovo. The same one I have used for a couple of years now. It always worked up until a few days ago. To me it is a mystery.
Was there some sort of Microsoft Update that could have provoked this issue?

Let's run a quick test, try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?

I'm having the same issue. I have run all the updates re-installed keyboard drivers and nothing seems to work. It is driving me crazy.

I don't know what happened.
All of a sudden my keyboard went back to working normally like before. I can't understand why it had stopped workin, nor can I explain how or why it went back to working.
I'm happy for now. I hope I will not have problems in the future.

You may check the Event Viewer and you might find some clues there.
