Critical Error Persists on my Windows 10 PC

The problem continues to occur even after attempting various troubleshooting steps, making it difficult to use my device normally. I am also looking for a completely free and obscure method to upgrade to Windows 11 without relying on the standard installation assistant, ISO files, or command-line solutions. Any advice or solutions to fix the critical error or alternative upgrade methods that are free and do not involve third-party tools would be greatly appreciated.
