Could you help me find an operating system for my PC?

I was recently given a Medion brand PC, it's a Medion Win 2050 and it has 512 MB of RAM. I tried installing Anti-X Linux but it didn't convince me, because I was looking for an operating system where I could use Libre Office at least. I tried downloading Lubuntu but the version I downloaded didn't work for me, I don't remember which version it was. At the moment I installed Q4OS, I managed to use Libre Office but I still feel that my experience is not fluid in it. Anyway, I would like you to recommend me some other operating system that can work with 512 MB of RAM, I don't know if I'm missing out on a better operating system than the ones I've tried. ATT: sorry for my English

Since you've tried Lubuntu and it didn't work, ensure you're downloading the correct ISO for your hardware and creating a bootable USB properly.

For your specific hardware, I recommend Puppy Linux or AntiX, as both are very light and can run comfortably with 512 MB RAM. They also support Libre0ffice and other common applications.
