Cortana and firewall

Question

Hi all, i have a problem with cortana and firewall, when i click on the cortana bar it goes black and i cant write and i cant resotore a firewall configuration.

Both problem occour after a installation of program... I have a log of installation of this program and i attached in this post.

Is there somebody that can help me to restore cortana and firewall?

Hi,Try uninstalling the program that you suspect is causing that problem.Make sure you are using the latest version of Windows 10 (currently 20H2)Go to Windows settings =&gt; Apps =&gt; search for Cortana =&gt; Advanced options =&gt; Reset and Repairif none of these work you can refresh or reset your Windows 10.https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-refresh-reset-or-restore-your-pc-51391d9a-eb0a-84a7-69e4-c2c1fbceb8dd
