Corrupted Folders in Win Explorer

Hello,

I recently did a huge mass-delete of deeply nested files, but the process left behind 3 folders that can't be deleted.

When I try to enter the folder in Win Explorer, its says "Invalid Handle".

When in an Admin command prompt, "RMDIR" also does not work.

E:\Deep Scan F\Recovery_20220724_150611\Miscz>rmdir aux
The system cannot find the file specified.

I've run "CHECK", but it reported no errors.

===========================================

I've run CHKDSK through its full process and rebooted but to no avail.
