Copy a partition to another disk in Windows 10 without data loss?

Windows 10 does not include a built-in partition cloning tool. Disk Management can create, delete, and resize partitions, but it cannot clone a partition or migrate your system to another drive.

If you only need your files, the simplest approach is to:

Copy your personal files to an external drive or cloud storage.

Transfer them to your new Windows 11 PC.

Reinstall any applications you want to keep.
