Control Panel opens then closes in a few seconds.
Just upgraded to Win 10 Pro and downloaded a new copy of Office 365. I have a problem with the control panel. It opens but does not stay open. I have tried most of the fixes I've seen with no luck. I did a safe boot and the problem was still there. Does anybody have any ideas?

Run the following commands at the command prompt:
sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
to repair system files.
