Computer malfunction due to unexpected circumstances
Windows crashed with a blue screen, and then a frog image appeared? What is going on? Have I been hacked? What should I do now?

Based on your description, it's highly unlikely you were hacked.
This sounds like a prank or a custom error message. The classic "Blue Screen of Death" (BSOD) was almost certainly real, but the frog image was likely a joke set up by someone with physical access to your computer.
What to do now:
Restart your computer. It will probably boot up normally.
Check if it happens again. If the blue screen returns (with or without the frog), it indicates a real hardware or software problem.
Think: Did someone you know recently use your computer? They are the most likely culprit.

Based on your description, this is highly unusual. The frog image is not a standard part of any Windows error and strongly suggests a prank, a virus, or malware.
You should immediately disconnect the computer from the internet (unplug Ethernet/Wi-Fi) and restart your system. Run a full scan with Windows Security or a trusted antivirus program to check for infection.

This happens because of Windows update?

Run Windows Memory Diagnostic and chkdsk /f to check for hardware errors, and review critical error logs in Event Viewer.
