Command vs. Powershell

I think I mucked up some a setting related to Command/Powershell. Now if I run Command from the Start icon, I get a Command window - but if I pin it to the task bar, the next time I open from there, I get Powershell! How do I fix it so I get a Command box when I open it from the task bar - I already have a Powershell icon there.

Command Prompt, often referred to as "cmd," is the original command-line interface for Microsoft operating systems. It has been a fundamental part of Windows since the early days of DOS.

PowerShell is a more advanced command-line shell and scripting language developed by Microsoft. It was introduced to provide a more powerful and flexible environment for system administration and automation. PowerShell is built on the .NET framework and integrates with Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) and Component Object Model (COM)
