Clicking Yes or No doesn't clear synced settings from OneDrive
There's a problem clearing synced settings from OneDrive.
When clicking Remove and Yes or No:
The dialog box won't go away and the web page doesn't go to the "Successfully deleted your synced settings" page. Refreshing the page doesn't fix this problem at all. In Developer Tools on a web browser, all I see is:
Does anyone else experience this problem or is it just the website that's having a problem?

Turn off synchronization in Settings > Account > Sync your settings, and manually delete the settings backup folder in OneDrive.

I followed your steps, but the problem still exists.
