Clean install Windows 10 on new drive with a very old USB?
The USB was created a couple of years ago. Should I use this one or download Windows 10 ISO and make a new bootable USB instead? It is a USB 2.0 flash drive.

Get a USB 3.0 drive and create a new Windows 10 bootable USB.
The Windows 10 version is out of date. You should use the latest Windows 10 22H2 for installation.
You'd better downloading the latest Windows 10 ISO 22H2 and create a new bootable USB for installation.
