Hard Drive issue is one the critical issue which needs to be taken care of before any other troubleshooting.
Run Chkdsk /f /r to detect and resolve any file system structural corruption. You must restart the system before the disk scan begins on a system partition.
Press Windows + C, Select search.
Type cmd. Command Prompt would come up under search result.
Right click on Command Prompt, run it as an administrator.
Command Prompt would open. Type, “chkdsk /f /r” (without quotes) and push enter.
Restart the computer to Run Check Disk.
When the Disk Check would be completed with repair, your computer should automatically start. Please make a note of the result after check disk.
