Chrome drops from being default upon reboot
When I turn off laptop and upon restart chrome is no longer default and must be reset in settings default apps. There has been nothing added (programs or apps) and scans by Defender and Malwarebytes come up empty.

Back up important data. Perform a System Restore to a point before the issue started. Or, as a last resort, reset or reinstall Windows.
