can't use CMD line as Admin, access is denied

Did anyone ever figure this out?&nbsp; It's 2025 and I'm having the same issue-Windows doesn't care that I'm the admin or anything, can't use CMD line as Admin, access is denied!&nbsp; No one I've read so far has a solution...

If you're in a corporate environment, Group Policy settings could restrict access, and you'll need to contact your IT admin.
