Can't turn off real-time protection on Windows 10
I'm experiencing challenges when attempting to disable Windows Security features, particularly the real-time protection component. Despite my efforts, I'm unable to find a way to permanently turn it off.
Press Windows + I to open Settings.
Go to Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection.
Under Virus & threat protection settings, click Manage settings. Toggle off Real-time protection.

It's possible but in 22H2 you couldn't do it via group policy anymore. You can still do it in safe mode.

This is not working in my pc with same problem and this is one of the most basic explaination given.
As per screenshot, your system looks infected with system threats.
Can you share us why you want to turn off real-time protection?
Are you using any other antivirus atm?
