can't make calls using your phone app

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and tried every possible solution for this but the issue is still unresolved. it is displaying the message -"There are apps on your pc preventing you from making calls." kindly help me solve this issue

Close all applications that may conflict with the call function, particularly firewall or antivirus software, then grant the mobile application all necessary permissions within its settings.
