Can't connect to the network

The network adapter keeps dropping. After updating it once, I often couldn't connect to the Internet and had to restart the adapter and wait a while before I could connect again. Today, I updated the system again, but after the update, I lost my Internet connection again, and restarting the adapter didn't help.
