Cannot turn on windows firewall

I don't know what happend, but since a week ago my firewall stopped working and i can not restore it turn in on or off or anything at all
and the error is  windows defender firewall can't change some of your settings. error code 0x800706d9, i have searched and did a lot of things none of them works, and i really don't want to reinstall the windows and delet and install every apps and things, plz help
