Cannot turn off touchpad without admin rights
If I go in to Settings > Devices > Touchpad on a device with a "precision touchpad", there is a switch to turn the touchpad off. However, when I click on it, I get prompted to enter admin credentials...
I use a Lenovo T480s and sys admin has removed the administrative rights. I need to turn the touchpad on and off but unfortunately to do so I have to get administrative rights. Is there any way that a local or domain user on the computer without administrative rights can turn the touchpad on and off anytime?
the goal is for the user to continue without administrative rights and to turn the touchpad on and off
if you know of any alternatives share.
