Cannot disable Hypervirtualization

Hello! Hoping this is the right sections to ask this.

I've WIndows 10 Home not Pro so i've not the base Hyper-V feature.

In the feature list i have "Platform for virtual machine" and "Platform for WIndows Hypervision".

Maybe i have installed them for android studio, in order to emulate with AMD CPU a device.

Now from sdk manager on pc i have removed all tools, and on Windows Features i have deactivated both options. Bu an app that i use (Bluestacks 4), doesn't work with Hyper-V and it says that hyper-v is active. How can i solve? All commands via Powershells return "command not found".
