Can the virtual machine connect to the external high beat meter
My computer is Apple m1 chip, installed a virtual machine, buy a high-shot instrument can only use the windows system, ask how to do

What is a "high-shot instrument" exactly? A program or a physical thing that only can run in windows.
I would first make sure you have all the drivers and updates for the software.
Connect the instrument to the computer or via bluetooth/wifi and read the manual.
Try to follow it if it works in Windows by following the instructions if not, maybe it isn't supported
