Can not send a file as attachment with right click > Send to > Mail recipient

When trying to send a document from Windows 10 with the right mouse button -> send to -> email recipient - nothing happens. From the invoice software, from which otherwise can be  sent documents directly via the defined email client, it doesn't work either.

Error message: "Email / MAPI errors ... Error in Email system! Description: General MAPI failure (2)".

Re-install Office 365
Set Outlook as default email app.
Started Outlook as administrator.
