1, Upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Windows 11 Home for free:

Select Start  > Select Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update,

2, Upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro: 

Select Start  > Select Settings  > System  > Activation .

Then Input the Windows 11 Pro key, If you do not have one, you can get a Windows 11 Pro key from the Microsoft Partner Store Keyingo
