Your CPU/RAM/storage may still feel perfectly usable, but Windows 11 also checks TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, supported CPU, and UEFI settings.
Before giving up, check BIOS/UEFI because TPM may be listed as Intel PTT or AMD fTPM and may simply be disabled. Secure Boot may also need UEFI mode enabled. If the PC truly does not support those requirements, the cleanest path is to stay on Windows 10 for now or plan for newer hardware. If your Windows 10 license is activated, the Windows 11 upgrade itself is usually free on supported hardware.
