Can anyone explain this crash report please
It is from a game called satisfactory , when the game does NOT crash after saving and going to the desktop i look at my steam list and at the satisfactory name it shows the cloud save symbol , the game icon , the name satisfactory and 100% at the side of it , eventually the 100% disappears and it says satisfactory experimental as it should.
When i exit the game i know if it is going to crash ...... in my steam listing it will say satisfactory running , and the text is in green not blue ?????
One thing puzzling me is the second sentence ...... it refers to UE4 Engine .......... the game uses UE5 ...... other players have been reporting this type of crash for many months but it has only started happening to me over the last few days and i have not changed anything.
FOOTNOTE ...... as i posted this those smiley faces appeared , i did not put them their.

Thanks for sharing the details—it’s helpful! The UE4 mention might just be legacy text from older crash logs, especially if the engine upgrade wasn’t fully reflected in the error reporting. You’re right to notice the Steam behavior too—green text instead of blue usually means the game didn’t close properly. It could be a background sync issue or a recent patch glitch. I’d suggest verifying game files in Steam and clearing shader cache as a quick first step.

The Steam status changes to "Satisfactory Running" in green text, even if the game is not actively running or has crashed. This might be Steam's way of showing the last known state, but the critical detail is that the status remains "Running" even after the game has closed or crashed.
