Yes, an unstable or failing power supply can cause some pretty strange Windows behavior, especially if the system is experiencing voltage drops or sudden resets. I’d check the PSU and power connections first, then run hardware diagnostics and look at Event Viewer to see whether the errors line up with the instability. It’s easy to blame Windows when the underlying issue is actually hardware.
