Can’t update or uninstall Google Chrome

Question

Hi there, Chrome says it needs updating but it crashes when I try to update or reinstall & says another program is running. I can’t uninstall it or update it as it just won’t do it. I’ve tried turning off extensions & deleting browsing history but no joy. I’m on Wjndows10 on a Lenovo pc laptop. If anyone has any ideas how I can sort this out It would be much appreciated!

Deleted&nbsp;Many thanks, that's done the trick.I had run a couple of scans but this one found the virus.Chrome is working normally now.Thanks &amp; Best Regards,Flo
