Bought an used PC but can't upgrade Windows 10 to latest version

    you need bios uefi boot &amp; secureboot &amp; tpm 2.0 <br><br>OR <br><br>use RUFUS to make a USB stick from the Windows 11 ISO and tick <br><br>"secureboot override" <br>"tpm override" <br>"create default user"<br><br>then boot from RUFUS Windows 11 USB ISO
