Blue screen after clicking Advanced Startup in Windows 10 21H2

My system is running Windows 10 21H2. After navigating to Settings → System → Recovery → Advanced startup → Restart now, the system displays a blue screen and restarts, showing the error code DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION. What is causing this, and how can I fix it?
