Black Screen Appears When Waking Up from Sleep or Hibernate

I upgraded to the latest Win11 beta version. Everything was working perfectly before I decided to reinstall the entire system. However, after the reinstall, I encountered a recurring issue where the screen would turn black after waking the computer from sleep mode. The hard drive seemed to be functioning for a brief period before automatically going into hibernation. Interestingly, I found that by clicking the mouse or pressing a key, the screen would return to the lock screen.

I spent a total of three days conducting thorough research online but was unable to find a solution to this problem.
