BIOS Firmware Corruption Causing Persistent Boot Loops on Windows PC
My Windows PC is experiencing persistent boot loops, where the system repeatedly restarts during the boot process without fully loading Windows. After troubleshooting, I suspect the issue is caused by BIOS firmware corruption, which prevents proper initialization and causes the system to reboot continuously. Despite attempting standard fixes, the problem persists, and I am seeking advice on how to diagnose and recover from BIOS firmware corruption to restore normal boot functionality.

If your Windows PC is stuck in a persistent boot loop and you suspect BIOS firmware corruption, the problem is likely occurring before Windows even starts. BIOS/UEFI is responsible for initializing hardware such as the CPU, RAM, storage devices, and boot controller.
Power on the system and observe if it restarts automatically before Windows loads.
